I’ll be diving into the powerful topic of body image — how mindset, stereotypes, and biases shape the way we see ourselves. If you’ve ever stood in front of a mirror and picked yourself apart, I get it — I’ve been there too. This talk is all about shifting that inner dialogue. I’ll share powerful stories from women who’ve reclaimed their confidence and practical ways you can challenge those negative thoughts. Mini Posing Class
Ever feel awkward in photos? You’re not alone! I’ll teach you simple, confidence-boosting poses that you can use the next time you’re snapping memories with family and friends.
