Let’s be real. Very few clients walk into the studio with an abundance of confidence. It takes courage to decide to do something that is outside of your comfort zone.
I hear from many clients that it took them weeks, months & even YEARS to reach out to me. Opening up yourself and embracing yourself and your body is a vulnerable endeavor. It can be nerve racking, intimidating, scary even. These feelings are all normal. Self-acceptance is a journey , and there is nothing more powerful than starting to com into your own. Whatever that means for you.

“I can’t believe I’m doing this” is a sentence I hear a lot at the beginning of a session. The negative self-talk has a sneaky way of trying to sabotage change. Fear can rear its ugly head trying to tell us all the reasons we shouldn’t be doing it. Things like “I’m too old”, “I need to lose weight”, “I will never look like those other clients”, “my body has cellulite”. These are all excuses we tell ourselves to reinforce the fact we don’t feel worthy.
Then there is the “A-Ha” moment when I hear clients say “I can’t believe I waited this long to do this for myself”. They start to see themselves differently. The confidence is palpable. Such a radical shift will occur, changing your mindset going forward.
